10 year old with MCAS loves these as a on the go snack. The only thing I would love to see improved is use of organic/non gmo ingredients.

Being a member of the MCAS community, I was intrigued with the Consider This Protein Bars because they fit my criteria for low histamine. However, I keep buying them because they are delicious, nutritious, and easy to grab on those busy days. You don't have to have histamine problems to enjoy these bars, you just have to care about the clean ingredients and fiber you are putting into your body. They are a total win for me!
