    Are dates/dried fruit low histamine?

Dates are rated "0" on the SIGHI list and we ISO lab test every batch to ensure low histmaine/tyramine. That data can be found on each product page. Interestingly, it is the sulfites traditionally used in the drying process that are problematic for the histamine sensitive community - that is why they often make the 'no' lists. All of our fruit, including the dates, are unsulphured/no sulfites added.
